Generative Field Notes

Verona tiles, Truchet pioneers, Conway life allocators, and Munsell projections.

Heatmap + Tiles

We extrapolate a grid from viewport to atom. Each square is a pixel unit, projected via Munsell-like H/V/C into OKLCH and shaded by the heatmap. Tiles deform by noise and interaction traces.

Conway Allocation

Rules are selected by an allocative heuristic graph: density, gradient energy, and interaction energy choose morphing birth/survive bands. The result is local Turing-ish complexity without global search.

ODE + Kinetic

Signed distance shortcuts and ODE bundles advect UVs through curl fields. Tinguely-inspired kinetics map field energy to micro-motion.

Interaction Layer

Mouse/touch traces become time-series impulses, injecting wavefronts, curl, and divergence into the field. The life state stores the memory.
